Resurrection est le deuxième album studio du rappeur américain Common, alors connu sous le nom de Common Sense, sorti le 4 octobre 1994 par Relativity Records. Il a été principalement produit par No I.D., qui a également produit la plupart des débuts de Common en 1992, Can I Borrow A Dollar? C’est le dernier album à présenter le nom de scène complet du rappeur, car après cet album, la partie « Sense » du nom a été supprimée, faisant du rappeur simplement connu à ce jour sous le nom de « Common ».
L’album a reçu des éloges de la critique mais pas une attention significative du grand public. À l’origine, il était évalué à 3,5 micros dans The Source ; cependant, en 1998, il a été sélectionné comme l’un des 100 meilleurs albums de hip-hop de The Source.

Resurrection is the second studio album by American rapper Common, then known as Common Sense, which was released on October 4, 1994, by Relativity Records. It was mainly produced by No I.D., who also produced most of Common’s 1992 debut Can I Borrow A Dollar? It is the last album to feature the rapper’s full stage name, as after this album the « Sense » portion of the name was dropped, making the rapper simply known to this day as « Common ».
The album received critical acclaim but not a significant amount of mainstream attention. Originally, it was rated 3.5 mics in The Source; however, in 1998, it was selected as one of The Source’s 100 Best Hip Hop Albums.
